Black rimmed glasses were easily pulled from the bridge of his nose, puffs of air blown on them quickly only to soon be replaced by the light turtleneck he donned. With gray eyes, he flicked his gaze back up to her, a large squint marring his features in the process ( curse his eyesight! ).
As silly as it was, he truly tried his best not to act TOO surprised by the offer presented to him, though it wasn’t as if anyone could blame him in the first place! The most company anyone ever desired of him was to use him as their little errand boy, back and forth, not because they were genuinely interested in hanging out with him.
